Sweet and sour sauce fried with pork.

Sweet and sour sauce fried with pork.

This dish I love it, I like to put a lot cucumber.:-) how to cook follow direction, remember you cook for yourself so add vegetable you love to eat not only direction in book said or I said. Everyone can cook.
1g sweetener, 1 tablespoon pork seasoning, 1tablespoon oyster sauce,

500g pork, 200g cucumber, other vegetable.

Cut pork into bite sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, when oil is hot, add pork and deep-fry until cooked.

Add fried pork, onion, sliced tomatoes, sweetener, oyster sauce, pork seasoning, continue stirring in the sauce until they stick together. Transfer to a serving dish.
