Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed rice.
- 6 egg.
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
- 1 tablespoon pork seasoning.
- 100g carrot.
- 200g corn.
- 100g onion.
- 1-2 garlic.
- cooking oil
Direction;
- Heat oil in a wok over medium heat add garlic. Then add carrot, corn, onion and stir until nearly cooked.
- Add egg in a wok, break the egg yolk stir more about 5 minutes.
- Add steamed rice, oyster sauce and pork seasoning. Stir until all ingredients mixed well.
- Remove and ready to serve.
Tip : when add eggs should let eggs almost cooked or cooked then add rice. you can add more vegetable you like to eat.
