Fried Rice by The Bennett's Cuisine.

This easy healthy recipes, we cook at home for 3 persons.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed rice.
  • 6 egg.
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon pork seasoning.
  • 100g carrot.
  • 200g corn.
  • 100g onion.
  • 1-2 garlic.
  • cooking oil
Direction;
  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat add garlic. Then add carrot, corn, onion and stir until nearly cooked.
  2. Add  egg in a wok, break the egg yolk stir more about 5 minutes.
  3. Add steamed rice, oyster sauce and pork seasoning. Stir  until all ingredients mixed well. 
  4. Remove and ready to serve.
Tip : when add eggs should let eggs almost cooked or cooked then add rice. you can add more vegetable you like to eat.
