My Baby Love this dish, she like Chicken and eat a lot and this dish easy to cook.
Pepper and Garlic Chicken
ไก่ทอดกระเทียมพริกไทย
- 1/2kg chicken
- Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
- Salt 1/3 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce1/2 tablespoon
- Pepper 1 teaspoon
- garlic 1 tablespoon
- vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- Add all recipe into bowl
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a wok and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Add chicken in to wok.
- Cook the Chicken until well done.
- Slice to small pieces.
- Serving
