Healthy Thai Food By The Bennett, Mushroom Menu.  Today I went to supermarket and saw many mushroom, I bought it and now I must think what I can cook with this mushroom, which menu is healthy, low carbohydrate , low calories and diet, that very important for me to think about because my husband he alway said to me "Healthy Food Please" if you see my other post you will know I not use regular sugar if I need to put sweet, I not have fish sauce as normal Thai food cook, I cook as my way but everyone said I'm good cooker. 

Thai Food recipes ingredient:

  • 500g Mushroom (many type as you want)
  • 300g pork
  • 1 tablespoon pork seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil













Thai Food preparation:
  • Heat cooking oil with high, add pork add pork seasoning, stir until pork medium cook.
  • Add all mushroom continue cook until pork and mushroom done.
  • Remove from heat , serve  with rice or without rice.
