Everyone Can Cook!
My baby told me she wanted to eat corn. So what are some healthy recipes that can I cook with corn. It must be tasty, easy, quick, and savory too.
Here my menu for corn;
- 400g pork
- 2 corns
- 1 carrot
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 1/2 onion
- 100g vegetable (green stuff)
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon pork seasoning
Prep each ingredients and set aside to allow quick stir fry technique.
Heat a wok until the surface is hot. Add cooking oil to wok.
Add corn , carrot, onion, vegetable, tomatoes and pork seasoning, stir and mix well.
Stir-fry another minute or until pork cooked through.
Stir and transfer to serving dish. Serve with Jasmine Rice.
