What I will cook today? Yes. Thai Food : Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli : ผัดวุ้นเส้น


I'm mom and wife while back home, I love to cook and clean even sometime feel really tired from work in office, maybe I never mention I work as General Manager , manage factory as office I'm Boss. At home I am Mom and wife, today I have Rice Vermicelli in refrigerator and some vegetable, my husband he care about food he alway said to me ,Healthy Food please , so we have rice few  Thai people usually eat food with rice. I cook Thai food but only sometime we eat with rice, my Thai food it my style so will not hot and spicy. here is easy cook Thai food my style as you know "Healthy Thai food by The Bennett"




Thai Food : Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli : ผัดวุ้นเส้น

Thai Recipe Ingredients:
  • 500g Rice Vermicelli
  • 300g Pork sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 mushroom.
  • 2 tomato sliced
  • 1 table spoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tea spoon diet sugar(or regular sugar)



















Thai Food Preparations:
  1. Soak Rice Vermicelli into warm water about 10 minute , drain water and wait.
  2. Heat cooking oil into wok medium heat,add pork and mushroom.
  3. Stir until almost done,then add tomato and rice vermicelli.
  4. Add season with oyster sauce,diet sugar.
  5. Add eggs and break the yoke.stirring until eggs cooked.
  6. Ready to serving for 3 persons.
